Welcome to Well-Being-Well-Leading!
We are a mother-daughter duo (turned business partners), who are fascinated by the world of leadership, coaching, team/organisational development and everything in between.
Our Credo
We believe that for individuals to lead well they must also be well. As Brené Brown said: “Who you are is how you lead”. Therefore, while we help develop the organisation and sharpen leadership skills we also help in ensuring the personal well-being of the people and thus facilitate the company’s sustainable well-leading!
Our Services
PCM - Process Communication Model
PCM is a fascinating tool that offers multiple keys to our personalities, no wonder NASA used it for many years to support self-awareness and conflict resolution for their astronauts on board.
Learn more!
As its name suggests, it is process or communication based, which ensures its practical use for individual developmental journeys or for working with teams.
SUPERVISION
Supervision is the most efficient learning tool we understand today. By focusing a lens on a specific work-related issue, challenge or difficulty and with the help of a continuous self-reflective practice, we are able to create a deeper understanding of both the situation and our own contribution to it.
Learn more!
For those of us working with people on a regular basis, supervision is the key to professional learning and personal well-being.
LEADERSHIP development
The eternal question is: are leaders born or can be developed?
We believe that most leadership skills can be developed.

From improving communication skills to learning how to delegate tasks, motivate fellow employees or resolve conflicts, we’re here to help you.
TEAM development
Teams are the quintessential unit in today’s company culture.

However, working in teams can also mean multiple challenges: generational differences, individual or personal conflicts not to mention hybrid work and all the hurdles that involves.
Our Story
Our individual journeys through academia and various work experiences eventually lead us both to the discovery of our mutual passion for – both personal and professional – human development.
Our joint path has taken us through various locations from Salt Lake City, Utah through Florida all the way to Budapest, Hungary and many other parts of Europe. The US taught us about the connection of freedom and responsibility as well as the importance of the relational space; while Europe is continuing to teach us about the role tradition, culture and our roots play in life.
Following countless hours of discussions, brainstorming and contemplating, we decided to dive into the deep end – and we brought this company to life! We realized, that we both love working with people (and helping them develop themselves) while we also collaborate very well – so why not unite the two? Our joint adventure is one of endless joys, challenges and discoveries, which we are learning every day!
Reach out to us, we’d love to find out more about you and how we can support each other’s journeys!
Amina
Hi there, I am Amina, the mother part of the duo.
The international context seems to run in my blood: I was born in Africa, raised in Europe, studied and founded a family in the US – all of which have contributed to who I am today.
Following a masters degree and an all-but-dissertation Phd in language education I started working at organisations teaching English and German and quickly discovered my passion for adult education and personal development. As a native English teacher in Hungary I worked with numerous C-suit executives and was trusted with various leadership dilemmas, doubts and organisational issues. This is what prompted me to become a leadership coach and an organisational trainer and I am still loving this path.
The last 15 years have been incredibly rich both for my personal and professional development and have made me realise how fortunate I am to be able to work with so many wonderful organisations, leaders, people. It continues to amaze me how resilient human beings are, how incredibly innovative and creative the human mind can be and what we people are capable of.
Lilli
Hello there, I’m Lilli, the daughter part of the duo.
It would be difficult to define whether I feel more American or European, having lived the first half of my life in the US and the second half in various parts of Europe.
After finishing high school in Hungary, I moved to Switzerland for four years, where I achieved my BSc. Following this I moved back to Budapest to work at a global company where I experienced what it’s like to be part of an international team for a couple of years. In the meantime, I got accepted to a Master’s program called ‘The European Master of Tourism Management’ – which lasted two years and allowed me to live in Denmark, Slovenia and Spain. During this time, I became familiar with the term sustainability and got to understand the significance of it in our world today. This is an issue that has since become a pillar of my/our lifestyle and is constantly taken into consideration with our everyday decisions regarding our work and personal lives.
After receiving my MSc diploma in September 2021, I moved back to Budapest and started working from our company as a freelancer. Simultaneously, I have completed both coach and trainer courses and am now certified.
